The only quick thing I can think of is to loop through existing Windows looking for the known portion of the title bar. There's a function that I wrote that can determine if a Window's application is running, however, it exits as soon as it finds the first instance. It's in the download section under Win32 and other APIs. You could use that as a start and modify it. If you need some help with it, let me know.
