But not everybody is the same as you. and not all clients are the same as yours.
Surely you can find it in yourself to accept that there may be experiences different from yours, and that those experiences are also valid- and not automatically due to "head in sand" backwardness or any of the other charming epithets with which you typically greet them. ;-)
