Hi all -
Moving from a VFP/Visual FoxExpress environment to .NET and ???. Lots of discussions here about .NET frameworks (e.g., Strataframe, MM, etc.), but haven't come across a thread on what makes for a good application development framework? Not interested in components, but full application frameworks that help with the entire application architecture, and provide services at the UI, business, data layers as well as application-level services (e.g., security, messaging, etc.). So... what would be on the list of requirements for a good .NET framework?
Thanks!
