TableUpdate(nRows, lForce, cTableAlias)

nRows:
0 - Commits current record only
1 - Commits all records
2 - Same as 1 but does not throw an exception if it cannot commit.

You can check the buffer with GETFLDSTATE(), CURVAL( ) and OLDVAL( ) to see if the changes are in there.
