When I worked at PSS East we would occasionally get shipments of books. Many of the authors of these books had at one time or another called us on the phone.

Sometimes those who have knowledge do not have literacy. Others who have literacy may not have great knowledge.

Your posts lack neither.

In fact, because you spend more time "in the trenches" than at the typewriter, I would think that any article by you would carry a great deal of credibility with me. I often look for your posts because you show me that I still have something to learn. And you know what? I like that.

But that's just my opinion ...
