Was just sitting here messing around with my new Jabra 8040 and was thinking of how it could be used as a hearing aid in addition to it's other uses. Just need a Bluetooth directional microphone. Heck, it could be built into a watch or just as part of the headset. Seems like the biggest drawback of most hearing aids is that they amplify all sound. Seems like something could be made to be directional and discreet. Everyone is wearing these little headsets anyway. Wish I were an engineer, maybe I could make a few bucks.
