I have a client who has about 42 workstations loaded with the VFP SP1 runtime files and small EXE program which calls an app on the server through an ini file. By changing the name of the app in the ini file, I can make changes to the app any time and install a new version without having the users get out.

If I develop in SP2 and compile it as an app, what kind of problems can I expect from my setup. I will be converting the runtimes to SP2 on each workstation sometime this summer. Just too busy right now.

Thanks
Gaylen

The possibility that one of the known bugs in SP2 will turn out to be a showstopper for you are extremely slim - IMHO.
