You're welcome. I am currently considering to use XFRX myself, so I am busy reading the manual to get an impression of the product. Since I read this part just a few days ago, I remebered it well. :-)

>>>I can append a report into 2 out of 3 companies that send my client PDFs. I get error message "10" which states the file is either corrupted or in an unsupported format from 1 of the companies submissions. Anyone know which format may not be unsupported or what may cause that error.

>>From the documentation (8.4, note 1): It's not guaranteed that XFRX will be able to append to any PDF document. It works fine with PDF documents generated by XFRX and we've successfully tested PDFs from other sources, too, but the PDF specification allows for some internal structures that XFRX wouldn't be able to decode. (To be precise: XFRX doesn’t support linearized PDF documents and documents that use page tree structures).
