Sounds like you've got a virus or malware problem.

I've been able to fix this using Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. Use them both as both catch things the other misses.

If the problem persists you'll need to get more aggressive. Here's a couple links from Google.

In the most extreme cases you may need to restore from a previous save point or save files and reformat.
