Funny that I didn't notice that... probably because the projects I'm working on have grown too big so I'm already looking anywhere but at the monitor when I launch Code References.

But shouldn't be surprised - it's a VFP form inside, it runs in its own datasession, and that one is obviously at default values, not localized. Just go to your View window (aka "data session window") and flip to one of its sessions (it has two, actually) and watch how your clock forgets the length of day.
