Look at http://www.microsoft.com/data you can try (in downloads) ODBC 3.5 SDK
Unfortunately the included ODBC driver version 5.xx.xxxxx has a lot of features unimplemented.

Of course you can try MS Data Access pack 2.0 at the same page that includes a vesion 6.00.xxxxxx driver which is better but it worked for me only under NT 4. Did not work under 95/98. You can see Thread #129836 for more.
