Finaly the problem with the data access pack 2.0 with no working VFP ODBC v6 was solved.
http://support.microsoft.com/download/support/mslfiles/VFP6INT.EXE contains a missing resource file that must be copied in the windows system directory. (Found at support.microsoft.com -> downloads -> development tools -> visual fox pro and fox pro -> visual foxpro -> 6.0
