If you do use MS Sans Serif things grow out of porportion. MS Sans Serif is the absolute worst of all of the raster fonts that could be chosen.
If you do use it be prepared to get support calls for Position is off screen errors. If, instead, you use True Type fonts exclusively, you won't get those errors.
