I agree that histories should be fact-based and not have agendas. (The same can be said of book reviews, of course <g>). I will keep an eye out for that when I get to the book. These days I am on a big fiction kick. Next up is Richard Price's latest, which is a rare treat. You may know him better from his movie scripts or his work on "The Wire" but he has been one of our best novelists as well.
