I can't view the video, either (the audio plays) but am not surprised by a Jiffy Lube scam. I had a Blazer blow an engine a few years ago and it was eventually traced back to Jiffy Lube not changing the oil filters. They were right up under the hood, i.e. difficult to impossible to access from the basement pit bay. So they just left the same oil filter in there time after time until it eventually stopped working.
