No, I am still connected on that server with the only account I have. It shows the same thing in the status for that as it always did. I asked them and they said the person who did the install today did it with all the default parameters (this time taking care of the case insensitive issue). So, I was curious to know if he could have changed something that would denied me from creating my linked server.
