Thanks for your interest in our meeting and speaker. No, we do not record our meetings, and while we have on occasion in the past streamed our meetings live through one of our members servers, the demand for that was so low, we have not done it for some time now.

That being said, making arrangements for the necessary equipment at this late date (we're all-volunteer) would be challenging, and furthermore we have not sought permission from the speaker to record and distribute his work.

It would be something worth considering, however - making podcasts (or even better, screencasts) of user group meeting presentations available on-demand. That could be a valuable resource for the community. The challenge I see is equipping the wide variety of spealers with something like Camtasia to make such recordings.
