What I found most interesting about the article is the implied message that the Army only interrogates in accordance with the field manuals. Anything outside of a field manual is not illegal. It is only illegal if it is contrary to Army regulations. A field manual is only a guidance, not a regulation. Doesn't anyone in the media speak military???????
