Let me guess:

1) Two sets of potential VFP authors behave badly.
2) Set A is part of the old-boys' club and therefore receives promotion and assistance from other insiders.
3) Set B is shunned, labeled "troll" and blocked from writing/self-promotion by the insiders.

Is that the motive?

If so, is it really worth it? I'm assuming you want to practice IT for some years to come rather than migrating to law. ;-)

For the record: IMHO there *is* an old-boys' club in VFP and its members are accustomed to giving glowing references for and attributing saintly attributes to each other. Some of them also bear grudges against each other and conduct long-term vendettas that damage the community. IMHO UT has long been the target of such a vendetta and I could give other examples.

But IMHO you risk your sanity if you focus exclusively on the ills of the world. Yes, there has been some appalling behavior but none of us is equipped or entitled to deliver retribution. We need to rely on the old "what goes around, comes around" philosophy. After all, this is not a Colosseum established for our viewing pleasure to see naughty people torn apart.

Apart from that, don't cr*p in your own nest. you may not perceive VFP as your nest, but people in IT have a tendency to move around and you may come across an ex-foxer occupying a position whose support is crucial to your plans and who remembers you fondly from UT. As may the others you are targeting, but that's their cross to bear.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
