First, I don't view my questions as "cr*pping". These are valid questions that no one wanted to touch.

The phrase was "cr*pping in your own nest." Whatever the motive, the choice of delivery is creating a fuss.

And while it wasn't my direct intention, one could view this as similar to what would often happen with JVP - he'd offer a counter-argument or alternative-viewpoint that wasn't popular, and he'd get flamed for it.

His viewpoint was hardly unique- apart from odd ideas like using ADO in VFP, much of what he said was mainstream and 100% according to the MS bible. However, the chosen mode of delivery turned out to be "cr*pping in his own nest."

IMHO your current comments are far more incisive than much of what JVP ever said. But I'm asking myself: what is the purpose? IOW what are you actually achieving apart from making yourself thoroughly unpopular in a certain in-group? ;-) FWIW I've had to ask myself that question more than once in the past when making points astonishingly similar to your own, so I'm not your enemy. ;-)
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
