This summer I'm taking my wife and 19 y/o son on a two week trip to Scotland, Ireland and England. We will probably visit the following places:
1. Fly into Edinburg
2. visit Loch Ness (wrestle a monster)
3. Mull
4. Ireland (Belfast and Dublin - where else to go?)
5. Liverpool - stop in to see where JPGR started it all
6. London
7. Scotland Yard
8. Buckingham Palace (see if i can make a guard talk)
9. Paris via the chunnel
Here's what I've come up with via google:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&geocode=&saddr=edinburgh,scotland&daddr=loch+ness,+scotland+to:mull,scotland+to:belfast,ireland+to:dublin,ireland+to:liverpool,england+to:London,+england&mra=pr&sll=51.261915,4.350586&sspn=6.684408,14.80957&ie=UTF8&ll=52.684708,-1.430969&spn=0.809185,1.851196&z=9
I've never been to Great Britain, so I could use some help on what to do, where to stay, what to see, and what to avoid. I'm also having trouble deciding which pistol to take with me, either my Glock model 27 .40 cal, 10 shot, or a Baretta .40 cal.<g>
Anyone?
