If Chatter needs to be regulated (kept somewhat civil anyway), then make a forum called Out Back or Gloves Off or something that is wide open. Let people have it out there and if anyone doesn't like it they can skip the forum.
That being said, we don't know what happened with Kevin - maybe it wasn't something he said here? Maybe this is all irrelevant.
Luckily I never say anything off color or controversial, so I don't have to worry... ;)
