I seem to remember a request by someone to have the banning of someone limitable to a specific forum within UT.

Too bad it seems not to be an available option because that would seem to be the ideal for this situation. Sure, a banishee might be so miffed at such a happening as to decide to leave UT altogether, but at least it would offer something of a 'positive alternative'.
