>Believe it or not, I have had thoughts along the same lines. Maybe we should investigate creating a separate site, non-commercial, to be run by members. There are many people here I would like to continue conversing with on an ongoing basis without having to wonder when our host might pull the plug. Thoughts?

When was the last time you wrote something here that had you worried about having the host pull the plug on you?

I can't remember a single one myself.

KevinG, on the other hand, has generally been prim-and-proper in his offerings BUT 99% of them were extremely negative in content. I asked him if he comported himself similarly in the UT's .NET forum and I never got an answer from him. But I'm pretty sure he didn't.

None of us knows why he was banned. But his contributions in the VFP forum over the last few months were not elevating his stature in the forum.

>>I wonder if it would do any good to register utchatter.com and create a sperate site for all this chatter. That would keep this sight at a more professional level and give everyone another place for chatter. Don't know if that's a good idea or not, but it might help prevent folks from getting banned on this site if there was another place we could all goto for non tech-realted chatter.

>>>Just wanted to nofity that Kevin has been banned from the UT.
>>>
>>>I'm not going to take any sides in this matter, but to me it was a bit unexpected since Kevin and I got into really technical arguments without bitching eachother. That initself was a real accomplishment.
>>>
>>>I avoided Kevins other threads, so I don't know what the reasoning is for banning him and I really do not want to make any speculations as of why he was been banned.
>>>
>>>I'm considering continue the dicussions with kevin on another platform (maybe his blogg). Just to let you know.
