I spent an entire 5 minutes on the SET HELP COLLECTION command before giving up. The command would accept a URL but i could not point to a drive+path+html file on the network. So i resorted to using ShellExecute. I guess i'm using the wrong notation when trying to point to the html file via COLLECTION.
