Yes, I use local and remote views. When I switch between computers, I do nothing about the views. Just reset the project home directory's drive--manually, not automatically.

The remote views are fine of course because the System DSN points to the correct location.

The local views are *simply* sql select statements against a database container, which I keep in my project directory. If I was going to really organized *s*, I'd have a subdirectory below my project directory for data, and use relative pathing.

It sounds like maybe your pathing is much more complicated than mine, but I hope this helps somewhat.
