I have never had a problem with their ActiveX control and we have installs on 95,98,ME(help us!),XP,2000,2003Server,Vista (did I miss one?). My experience is limited to the base station models as we have never used the wi-fi models due to wi-fi's inherent limited range.

Worth Data (the manufacturer) even went so far as to add a full size keyboard input capability to the ActiveX control so that we can hook up a ps/2 keyboard to the unit for faster data entry when needed.
