Hi Steven,

To get the explorer effect set the toolbar's style property to 1, if no captions are use, 2 if captions are used in addition to the bitmaps.

It also supports a disabled image list. I haven't played with that one yet, but I imagine that you have to programmatically set that.

As far as I know, you have to initialize the toolbar's picture's programmtically, but you can set the list images in the properties dialog.
