As is, yes, it would generates exactly that. That's a good point and I would totally agree with it. But, if you recall my former post on the topic, I mentioned that rules would change and one would forbib posting non technical content to the site, such as irrevelant content to the topic of a forum. For example, in VFP, Conferences & Events, User Groups and stuff like would still be valuable because it relates to the product. But, completely non related topics such as we have seen in Chatter recently, where the threads are created with the sole intention of trolling and polluting the environment would no longer be accepted.
