Yes, that was a possibility, and in fact, my first thought at the time. Kevin's banning raised for me the question as to whether, in fact, he was the source. That's all.

Since several people here report that he denies it, I'll accept that and assume that JVP got access some other way, whether through a pseudonymous account or a different member.
