Hi All

I have a report created in Crystal XI. I want to be able to generate this report and then save a copy of it together with the data it contains into a database so that I would be able to reprint it as the need arises. I also want to be able to re-generate new versions of this report and save these as well. So I want to end up with different versions of this report, each with a different data set.

I have managed to save the report in a dbf by using filetostr() and have managed the reverse as well with strtofile().

The problem I have is that the report is always saving with the original data in which it was created. I have "Save Data With Report" checked but I am not managing to refresh the savd data.

Any ideas please ?
