Not in the sense that Save Screen once had. You can get a screenshot - but it's just a bitmap, you can't restore it back to where you took it from.

You may also investigate some of the GDI+ classes available. Haven't tried, but I think these should be capable of doing this without any external component - GDIplus.dll is already in the runtime.
