>Hi all, I've recently moved to the US and would like to know what is the best way to find me a job, I mean beside the obvious (monster.com, dice.com and the likes) I've been also looking the local newspaper for any job posting. I know VFP jobs are not abound but I've also made some c# programming.

Hi, and welcome to the US and the UT!
I don't know anything about getting a job - haven't done it in 40 years - but I do have a suggestion. Assuming your first language is Spanish, use that to your advantage. Make your presence and abilities known to everyone in the local Spanish speaking community. There may be demand for computer consulting, small application programming or training that you would be better qualified to fill than English-only speakers in your area. You might be able to get a consulting practice going while you are looking for employment and developing clients in that way would look good to a prospective employer as well.
Another good way to get known in a community is to volunteer some time. Maybe write a computer column for a local Spanish language paper - it gets you established in people's minds as 'The Computer Guy'

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy
Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.
-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
