Is there a way to comment some code in the web.config through IDE or I should do it manually?

I wanted to update my database connection string, so I went to Data menu and proceeded to create a DataSet. At some point it said it was going to add a Connection String to web.config, but it didn't.

What's the simplest way to change my original code to the new one to use local database instead?
