If that level of behavior was normally acceptable, then it would seem strange if one patron was thrown out for acting that way. Kevin did nothing that many (many) others haven't done and there was nothing evident publically that would have caused banning here. Michel said as much that it was not anything we could see. Doesn't fit your scenario. As much as I can tell, you are very much a minority in feeling that Kevin should be gone. I think you and Michel have something in common there.
