We have an app that runs as a Windows service and processes formatted text files and inserts the data into Oracle tables at timed intervals. The service displays a progress bar while running.
We've tested it under WinXP, Win200 Workstation, and Win2003 Server and it works fine. But when we run it on a Win2000 Server, the app runs and processes the files but no progress bar appears.
We already have the 'Allow Service to Interact with Desktop' check box marked and it still would not display. We've also tried it on two different Win2000 Servers with the same results.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
