There are some other reports in the same application that have a lot more fonts and don't have this message. I can't find the source of this problem. Could it be because of the kind of printer (HP Laser Jet 5) or something else. Please help me !!

No, I didn't get a response. I did sent a message to MS support which they responded to but the response wasn't of much help to me. They mentioned fonts, video driver, etc. as possible problems. I'm with you in that the report that's causing the problem didn't have that many fonts (Arial with 3 different point sizes and some bold and italic prints). Their suggestion of going to straight VGA is a non starter.
It is interesting that you mentioned HP LJet 5, that's the driver that the report was created with. I think I'll try to remove all references to printers in the report and see if the problem goes away. I should do that in any case. I'll keep you posted.
Paul
