Michel,

I know it is your perogative to do as you choose, but I disagree with you on this. I can understand blocking sensitive messages or those posts of a member that you feel contributed to a ban if you feel you need to, but not the technical ones. We paying members will lose out of the ability to search all previous technical posts which is what I pay for.

There are some posts I specifically intended to return to such as the database thread.

>>I was just doing a search for certain information. I knew it was in a post by Kevin Goff. I wanted to search only messages created by him, but I did not know his user ID (21028), so I tried to look up his name with the lookup button next to the user ID field. When a surname of "Goff" is used to search, there are 4 results but none of them are Kevin Goff.
>>
>>I had to look up posts by Walter Meester to find one he sent to Kevin, in order to get Kevin's user ID. Once I had that I could manually type that ID into the field and find messages by Kevin. This is inconvenient.
>>
>>Could you please make it so banned members appear in member ID search results? Thank you.
