I have a customer that for a long time (maybe a year or longer) has been getting Invalid Seek Offset error. They even change the computer but the problem would not go away. A few weeks ago I asked them to change the printer. They did. Now, after at least 4 weeks, the customer sent me an email letting me know that they stopped getting Invalid Seek Offset problem.
