I had an Invalid Seek Offset error problem several years ago printing long reports and we finally traced it back to the Dell printer driver. We had to get the Lexmark equivalent printer driver to solve the problem. It errored out after a few hundred pages were printed and it was predictable. From my experience I would say that it is entirely possible it could be the printer driver.

>>>I have a customer that for a long time (maybe a year or longer) has been getting Invalid Seek Offset error. They even change the computer but the problem would not go away. A few weeks ago I asked them to change the printer. They did. Now, after at least 4 weeks, the customer sent me an email letting me know that they stopped getting Invalid Seek Offset problem.
