>>Exactly, and that's why I say that it's impossible and totally unfair to make --any-- conclusion. None of us is a part in this, and except for some hear-say we know absolutely nothing about what has happened, but still many have already made the verdict. I honestly think many here should be ashamed of themselves.

>Do you also agree that not only Kevin, but everyone else here, should have a chance to see all sides of this story, as in the example you cited?
Absolutely NO!!! First of all, we have absolutely NO right in this case. We may have wishes, but NO rights.
Secondly, I have no reason to doubt that Michel risks a lawsuit if he says anything at all in public about this case. We may wine, cry, fight or scream our hearts about about this, but this is how it is, as simple as that.
Once again, I don't imply that Kevin lies in this case, but I also don't believe that Michel has banned him without a good reason. But this was, is and will always be something that Kevin and Michel must sort out themselves. Other people's involvement will not change anything, it's only a waste of time, sweat and bandwidth. From being two losers, you are actively making more losers here.
