Couple of items...

Tor: You say we have NO right to know what happened or why?
I have a question... Is this a community or not... If a member of your commumnity got dragged off in the middle of the night by the police do you think you would have right to know. Or are the police always right where you live.

Chris and everyone: The idea that michel might get sued is IMO ludacris. I know kevin and he is not rich so the idea of him suing Michel is fantasy. Any lawyer would probably want in the neighborhood of mid five figires to even start. Also there is the whole concept of michel being in Canada which makes it more difficult. So michel being worries about a law suit is a conventient excuse but just that.

And everyone....

I am sickened by what just happened to Kevin. Michel's behavior in this incident is unbelievable... While you may not have liked some of kevin's messages as JR put it: "He put up the good fight" Kevin was an active and in a lot of cases helpful member of this community. It's truly sad to see this happen with not a lick of explanation....

I know this is Michel's little playground where he chooses who stays or who goes. But this playground is built on the sweat of the community. Without the members of this site there is no UT. So when So you as the commnunity do have a say in what happens here.... People here should be screaming from the far reaches of space to express there disattisfaction with michel's behavior. Those that have I salute you. Those that haven't .... well some day the UT Stasi may show up in the dead of night to disable your account...
