You are so very right in that Geary will be missed. He was one of those few people who after first meeting him you felt like you had gained a lifelong friend.

I haven't seen Geary in a few years, the last couple of times I was in Houston I thought of him but did not know his condition, so I never called. Today I am very sorry that I didn't.

The last time I saw Geary was in Houston. he took me out on the town and showed me some of the sights. He wasn't sure if he was going to have a kidney transplant in the near future or not back then. But, that evening he was a most graceous host.

He was a remarkable person. He will be remembered.

Geary, Pay attention here, we miss you and we know you will intercede for us.
