Did you read Perry's response? IMHO with a free download KN's book is great value. But it was originally written 5 years ago/3 generations of NET ago and there are newer offerings detailing how to be productive using the latest stuff and offering heaps of experience earned the hard way in VS2005 or later. That's going to be your bang for buck.
