You don't have any problem (thanks to Fox software thought it at the start). Fox always stored the date in YYYYMMDD format in tables regardless of your app settings. All you need is to avoid any 2 digits entry in your screens + "set century on" in startup. Also if you by mistake have some user defined functions relying on "set century off" you should correct them.
And another note : I "heard" in one of the Foxpro Advisor issues there is a quick solution. I don't have FP advisor nor know the which issue nor what it really is about.
