I cannot find error messages in Portuguese in the Standard Version, only in the Express one

select * from sys.syslanguages where msglangId='1046'
return one line in Express and Standard

select * from sys.sysmessages where msglangId='1046'
return an empty set in Standard and all the messages in Express

Therefore, I can set the language to portuguese, but the error messages remain in English. I'd like to know how to insert these messages, or how to configure the setup to include them.
