The file is referenced in the head section of the Master page. When I was trying to debug pressing F5, it seems to not load my latest function. Once I did run the application without debugging, it did recognize the function. I do want this js to be cached in general, but not like this, of course, when I update it.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
