Yeah. I still learn new stuff, with some measure of enjoyment, but it's more to keep myself marketable (hopefully) than the sheer joy of discovery like when I was starting out. For sure if I were starting a software company I would hire mostly young developers, with a Yoda type to supervise them.

I don't really agree with John K. about becoming ossified and afraid of change as we get older, although there's certainly some truth to it. I just need something new to get excited about.

Whoops, there I go again wanting more instead of being content with what I have. Not a good idea!
