>If you live in Vancouver, WA (as I did for awhile), you can enjoy the no income tax of Washington and spend your money in Portland,OR (no sales tax). :o) It's beautiful there. There's just that pesky problem of rain and icy roads... (oh yeah, and both are VERY blue states)

Yeah, my daughter is moving back to the Seattle area when her husband comes home from vacationing in Iraq (June) and I'm sure I'll be visiting. It is definitely beautiful, but all that rain appears to have short circuited the synapse for the occupants!
