Which conclusion? Ed has implemented therapy to identify persistent "jerks" (his word) who "abuse" the goodwill of the other subscribers. He has applied a targeted filter to manage them. Meaning that their OT stuff will not be allowed into the technical forum. In doing so he made his disappointment and disdain perfectly clear on more than one occasion.

I'm not criticizing him- actually I respect his forthright approach that seems to be working already. His subscribers seem generally accepting as well. In view of recent accusations and wailings on UT, imagine if Michel began using words like "jerk" and "abuser" to describe people he considers are causing trouble. Can you imagine it? That's the contrast I was drawing. It's not a criticism.
